Shipping policy

Devoted. products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Tapstitch.

Production time
Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for production before shipment. Production may take longer during busy periods or for larger orders.

Shipping time
Shipping time begins after production is complete. Delivery estimates vary by destination, fulfillment location, and shipping method. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Shipping rates
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments.

Address changes
Please check your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters production or ships. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address.

Delayed or missing orders
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact dcram@devotedclothes.com with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate.
